Delivery Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you are located. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Europe,
ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the Logistics center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Logistics center to the destination. Europe delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. We are shipped by cooperating with your
carriers or transport companies. After processing and leaving the main factory's warehouse, items usually take between 1 or 2 days to be ready to be shipped at their destination, from Logistics Center,
but can take longer from time to time. If your order has special requirements, it will take more days to arrive at your destination but we can control production time so that we ensure we meet your quality standards.

B2B - BUSINESS/ PRODUCTION DELIVERY

Deliveries to big businesses, mass retail and Export partners will only be shipped after full order confirmation and complete production time. 

Smookies Factory would like to advise that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is there to receive the delivery. All Exports are noted as xworks, unless are agreed otherwise.
If in the unfortunate event of the delivery being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, traffic accident, bad weather, breakdown or other unfortunate event then we take no responsibility for late delivery.Smookies Factory will endeavour to deliver all orders on time. Customer Satisfaction is our goal and we will always try our best to make all deliveries on time but, unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.

B2B - RETAIL ONLINE ORDERS 

All orders received before noon (Monday to Thursday) will be handled on a same day basis.
